energy harvesting IoT device

Senior capstone project — PHY 492, Covenant College & Georgia Tech, April 2026.

Designed a light energy harvesting wireless sensor capable of operating under standard factory lighting conditions, addressing the challenge of maintaining large fleets of IoT devices in manufacturing environments. The project explored how uncertainty drives engineering decisions from requirements gathering through prototyping and testing, with large-scale warehouse asset tracking as the target use case.
